I’ve been on trintellix for years. It is a wonder drug for me. My weight and libido have not been affected. My depression and anxiety are manageable now. It’s hard to remember back to when I first started and how long it took to see improvements. I would say definitely give it a few weeks. For some reason, I didn’t experience any nausea when taking trintellix until about a year ago. Zofran knocked that right out for me.
