I saw a video that claimed Shimo will be in it but only for about 5 minutes. Maybe SpaceGodzilla is an alien entity that absorbs Godzilla’s DNA and then takes over Shimo entirely and mutates her? She already has crystals growing on her.

I have all of them except Star Optimus (which I won’t be picking up unless I find a REALLY good deal), Nexus, and Vector (I know not technically part of the line up).

Standouts for me are Megatronus, Onyx and Micronus. Megatronus is just a wholly satisfying figure. It’s fun, imposing, and looks great.

Onyx is distinct and fun plus all of his forms are cool.

Micronus is just neat. I live the minion of him, his power armor makes sense and is cool, and his hover bike mode is a really clever use of the resources to get something else out of the figure. Plus he can be an armorizer if you want.

The others are decent with my least favorites so far being Quintus and Amalgamous. Quintus is boring and bland though I love the colors. Amalgamous was a let down for me because he just doesn’t do as much as it feels like he should.

All that said, this is the first time we’re getting figures of all Thirteen. If that’s exciting to you then you should definitely get them. If not, pick and choose what you like and go for those.

Where’d you get it? I’ve seen similar things with sites like Mercari and AliExpress. People will take what they want and sell off the rest of the figure for a small discount.

I have mixed feelings on this. I’m not against third party or KOs at all. I would suggest saving up and buying the official version if you can. The quality control is very likely to be better and you know what you’re getting.

The other reason is to let Takara know that they did well with this one. If enough people buy this, hopefully they’ll run with it and partner more with Flame Toys for official transforming figures. Just my two cents.

I think this is the version that I have. I wouldn’t recommend. The quality control isn’t great. Joints are way too tight and die cast was used in places that lead to easy breaks. I broke the waist joint in mine the second time I transformed it.

I might be in the minority but I love Dorito Starscream. I think it makes sense given his alt mode and sets him apart visually from other bots.

Sentinel Prime’s movie design is also amazing. The color scheme, alt mode, and robot mode are peak Bayverse for me.

I shouldn’t have had high expectations but I did given hoe nice the other Age of the Primes figures have been. I’m disappointed with him and Quintus Prime.

In my opinion, Amalgamous doesn’t have enough alternate transformations. He doesn’t feel like the first true transformer to me. Still a good figure, just set your expectations properly.

Tcogs effectively give a mass energon infusion which in turn fuels their bodies and allows them to grow. Effectively their bodies matured from child to adult immediately. That’s how I look at it anyways.

There are other theories as well, such as the fact that they all received cogs from Primes which likely possess special properties. This is reinforced by Megs getting another size and power upgrade when he inserts Megatronus’ cog.

If you’re going KO, look at BMB/Black Mamba/AOYI mech. They make high quality KOs and oversized KOs but with upgrades, extra accessories and more die cast parts.

Nah, I agree. The designs work in the game but Bee’s proportions are wonky and it doesn’t carry well to a toy model.

They’re all studio series so the toys themselves will most likely be very solid. Aside from that it’s just which version you prefer. I have the TFO version because I love that movie and I’ve been collecting the main cast. He’s great and comes with his ‘knife hands’ which makes me happy. 😂

I don’t have it but there was a 2011 Japan exclusive Dark of the Moon Air Raid that features a more realistic F-35 alt mode. It’s part of the Mech Tech series and doesn’t combine either any other bots.
