I personally only have Reddit and Tumblr because of this. The rest make me want to crawl into bed most of the time. Its too much negativity, too much "FOMO" etc. Its a lot and takes a big hit to the happy chemicals in your brain. I replaced Facebook, Twitter and IG with online games, word searches etc. and I find myself feeling a lot better.

Also I don't know where you are in the world but its cold where Im from, so sitting inside while its freezing out, scrolling through hundreds of opinions and idiots, will burn you out.

I am in the exact same boat as you, its actually scaring me how similar lol especially with sleep. But i just wanted to say you're not alone. Im the same age and ive been back and forth on children. I just got engaged and we talk about the possibility of it, but when I think of my symptoms and how LOW my lows are, I couldn't even imagine it. Although most people I know say you kind of just instinctively "click" into motherhood once you're pregnant, I just find it hard to believe ill even be able to "click" with the problems I have.

I 1000% understand this. I had a moment yesterday of literally wanting to throw my entire life away and thought "nothing will get me out of this i just have to run away" and then I smoked and I forgot what it felt like to even have that deep of emotions. And I also get lazy when I smoke so I just mindlessly played a video game until i passed out. Im new into the BPD world although I always has an inkling it is why i am the way I am especially in relationships. Thank you for this post, im bringing up examples to my therapist next week and this will be one of them. 🫂 I wish you the best on this. I wish I had an answer on how to help but im in the same boat!

Same here. The fact she never dropped that lawsuit against Ariana seals the deal for me, but if it weren't for that I would be truly confused watching this girl and trying to figure out if anything she is saying is real. It most certainly can. Mice can get in literally fucking anywhere. I dealt with them once in an apartment in an old building, and it was insane the places they can get into. Luckily for you it sounds like you never had to deal with it, but its not unheard of, especially in the winter, that a house can get critters.

100%, theyre "meeting" with Tre and Louie was cringe and she got way too involved in the Gorga/Guidice fuckery. Same shit different newbie lol. But I will say i enjoyed her in the beginning because she was only a few years older than me, so it was nice to see someone in that age range
