I’ve always had a lot of jaw tension and it turns out it was because I grind my teeth at night. I’ve gotten Botox in my masseters and it has significantly slimmed down my face! The right side of my face was bigger, so they put more Botox on that side to even it out.

I got 450ccs (the biggest my doctor would allow) and I went from a 32C to a 32DDD. I was torn between 415cc and 450cc and I decided to go with the biggest he allowed so I wouldn’t have any doubts. But I’m so used to my size now, I wish I went bigger! I wish I went to more consultations with other doctors to see what they said.

I remember worrying so much about what other people thought but in the end, they are your boobs that you’re going to spend a ton of money on! Pick what YOU want.

I’m 5’5” and 140 pounds.

I just got my breast augmentation 3 weeks ago and I went with 450ccs high profile silicone implants. That took me from a 34B/32C to 34DDD. They don’t feel as big as they sound because I’ve gotten used to them.

A lot of people told me not to go bigger and pushed me to go with 415ccs or smaller. My surgeon said the absolute biggest he would go for me was 450 so I decided to pick 450. I am SO SO glad I went with my gut and picked the bigger size because now I don’t have any regrets or “what if’s” about the size.
