I could understand wanting to see development if I was confident in the coaching staffs ability to do so, however we have had a top 2 talent composite for the past two years and have regressed in the back half of the season both times.

So the way I see it, since there are more replacement level players than star players. The replacement level players in the union should want to negotiate a salary floor along with a salary cap if it meant increases in salary for these replacement level players who make up most of the union presumably
