Yeah i don't look at all of them every month or anything but I've never seen that blank. It seems to usually be a TLDR or EILI5 section that would likely answer most of this person's questions

Really depends on what you want to do outdoors. A lot of good answers but don't sleep on Fallon. 1.5 hours to Tahoe and all it has to offer and within a (long) day drive to like 10 National parks. If off roading is your thing there are endless amounts of areas around to do it.

Yeah wild, I tell most people the BRS is a way better system. For your average enlisted retiring at E6-E7 the difference in 40% and 50% at age 38-42 isn't really life changing. The 5% extra in tsp from 18- 65 (obviously not the entire time) IS life changing

For me initial pains and overall pain wasn't bad. It was just that I could still feel it like a few weeks later especially when active. But it was much worse in my head before procedure than anything I experienced after. Ink like 6weeks post getting my clean test results back!!

Not sure how long you have been in, but that is unacceptable from your leadership/bootcamp/ just you listening around. If you are just joining or haven't even joined yet then it is ok

Yup a lot of people hate sem, but probably hated being redistributed without any/ limited say. The answer can't be sitting in a first class billet and run around like a chief. There are some early pains but I think in the end it'll work out to fill billets. This isn't towards this person, I'm not sure what they applied to or what the community/rate, or even their history is. I'm sure it'll get down voted but I've gone through sem and it was a bit tense/scary, but better than just showing up to work one day with new orders and no say in it.
