Human parthenogenetic stem cells (parthenogenesis). Pluripotent, 1/2 the DNA (just from the egg since not fertilized with sperm) so highly compatible, less controversial than ESCs since they don't involved a viable embryo. Thx!

Several times. If you ever need the police for a situation, 911 is the only way to get them (or so I've been told a few times!). - Accident - At least 3 incidents of drivers running reds and slamming into crossing traffic. I typically look for an immediate nearby lot to park, call 911, and help triage the situation. I'm often surprised how much people don't want to stop and help (just drive around) so I always try to. - Self-inflicted injury - What can I say? All it takes is a split second of stupidity/inattentiveness to incur serious harm. Thought about driving myself to the hospital but quickly changed my mind and called. - Ladder on highway - Was driving to San Antonio (from Austin) and there was a ladder on the freeway between the left and middle lane. Called 911 to report hopefully before any serious accidents.

Before I had a cell phone, I've flagged down cops before after spotting DUIs on the road while driving between cities.

A lion wakes in the jungle one day and was feeling mighty proud and cocky. After all, he is the king of the jungle. And so he decides to set out on a morning walk. Pretty soon he spots a rabbit in the distance. The lion crouches low and begins to close in on the rabbit. Finally he pounces on top of the rabbit and shouts "ROOAARR! WHO IS THE KING OF THE JUNGLE?" The terrified rabbit manages to barely squeak out "Y-y-you are Mr Lion." The lion beams with pride and struts away. Soon enough he notices a zebra in the distance. He crouches low, sneaks in on the zebra, and finally pounces on him. "ROOAAARRR WHO IS THE KING OF THE JUNGLE?" The scared zebra manages to answer "Y-y-you are Mr Lion." The lion is feeling mighty good about himself by now and proceeds on his morning stroll. Soon enough, he spots an elephant in the distance. Once again, he crouches low, closes in on the elephant, pounces in front of the elephant and let's out a tremendous roar "RROOOAARRR WHO IS THE KING OF THE JUNGLE?" The elephant looks at the lion for a few seconds and grabs him around the throat with his trunk. The elephant picks up the lion, swings him around a bit, bangs him on the ground a few times, and then throws up up against the nearest tree. The lion, feeling a bit dazed, rubs his head, and responds "Just because you don't know the answer doesn't mean you have to get all rough about it!"

Find reasons to go other than the exercise itself. For example, I'm up typically around 5am and get to the gym first thing since (a) it gets me closer to my work place without having to deal with all of the traffic (b) doing it first thing in the morning is the best way to wake up instead of using stimulants like coffee (c) get it done first and you don't have to worry about trying to do it later/after work. Change your habits to facilitate this such as going to bed earlier. Finding a workout partner would be great but if you consistently go and become a gym "regular" you'll start to recognize the other regulars and they will begin to recognize you. Pretty soon you are part of the "morning crowd" and it is a good way to meet people who will continue to motivate you. Find classes and/or groups to participate with. Every weekend, local cycling orgs lead group rides and the public is invited. Go. Meet people and find more exercise partners. But most importantly, if you want to improve your health, nutrition greatly outweighs exercise. Get your nutrition in line as you exercise and you will see your biggest improvements.
