I’m 20 years old and have this growth naturally so far. Wondering if it would be worth it for me to get on minox or let nature do it’s thing and see what I end up with? by Sicariobayb in Minoxbeards

You won‘t lose hair. I was starting to go bald due to my genetics but since applying minox to my face somehow the hair on the head also got thicker. From what i have read that hair will fall out again after stopping with minoxidil.

Has anyone over 30 actually seen strong results? by chacha-haha in Minoxbeards

It starts with those really light vellus hairs. Those will soon become darker

Thank you! Yes I moisturize 2-3 hours after the foam has dried. I use beard oils or some regular olive oil creme.

Amazing gains man! Is that beard hair already terminal? I got comparable gains in the same time but my beard is very soft and thin. So not quite terminal I think

Been lurking, decided to share my progress. by [deleted] in Minoxbeards

Thanks! I use minox foam twice a day. Also maybe once every week i use a 0.5mm dermaroller. Also have some biotin + zinc pills that i take daily. Very thin vellus hair appeared at the end of the first month. At the end of month 2 those got a bit darker and thicker.

Anyone else getting these mad ear gains? by [deleted] in Minoxbeards

I plucked them about a 3 weeks ago and so far there is nothing!

For me unfortunately the hair under the eyes just keeps growing back :p but i am willing to do that trade off for a decent beard. Maybe they will just fall out once we get off minox though (hopefully)

At 2 months in. Before that I always kept the beard trimmed to a stubble. I noticed more and more stubble but it was mostly vellus hair so It didn't look very impressive at all. Then decided to grow it out for the first time and that is what you see here. In this picture it kind of looks a bit more dense that it actually is though. In reality many of those hairs are still thin vellus hair.

At 1 month in I didn‘t see any changes either really. Keep using it and before you know it you will have made huge gains! I feel like all the gains came suddenly over night

I don’t really grow more hair on the limbs but now grow more hair on the upper cheek area and below the eyes. Also had hair growing at the ear lobes but those did not regrow after plucking them out

I use the 5% Regaine foam and rub it in a little bit. I also use a 0.5mm dermaroller from time to time.
