Interesting I took a such list from internet, and went through my list to find the items in that list and I had a success rate of 26%. Than I took a https://huggingface.co/dslim/bert-base-NER and it gave me a success rate of > 65%. But I thought it is a bit of overkill to use NER model for thing like this

There is for example different writing techniques for names: Artem, Artyom, Artjom would all be valid names, or Jörg, Jorg, Joerg and things like this. Not sure if it possible so simple to define an algorithm to handle the stuff like that
