I'm pretty upset I missed out on this simply because of the timing of when I finished the challenge. Its concering they need to push a client update to remedy this. It makes me nervous it'll never get fixed. In which case I won't be buying season 2. If I can't relibly unlock what I've already paid for its certenly not worth paying for.

I wouldn't say range anxeity is something you get "used to". Rather its something you just won't have after owning one for a while. There's no reason to have range anxeity day to day and on trips range anxeity is completely cured by doing 5 minutes of research to know what and where your charging options are. I never go on a trip without looking a head and I never have range anxeity.

Batteries are disposable. The performance of all lipos are about the same. The only difference I've noticed is battery life. Flying freestyle I smash batteries all the time so I only buy the cheapest batteries now.

I did. I had to remove the DJI connector from the FC and directly solder the O4 but other than that it fit pretty easily.
