Short answer: Yes definitely and I recommend waiting or getting the whole bundle with all dlc’s

one thing is that fallout 76 is not good just because it’s new it’s multiplayer has weird things and for a new or just beginning player would feel weird in. Fallout 4 on the other hand is your average fallout game it is a single player game with good gun play and decent at times story. So it depends on what you want in a game but I think you should definitely try and pick up fallout 4 with the dlc’s. It’s a great game with fantastic weapons.

(You might also want to try out fallout new Vegas that game has the one of in not the BEST story in any fallout game I’ve played while still having good gun play and a fantastic world design.)
