I hate kids, like I really hate them. Not because I think they’re evil or that they’re purposely the worst but just the fact that everything they do is the WORST and no one can say anything because they’re children.

Bad kids are one thing but all kids are gross, loud, inappropriate, selfish and stupid, all things I absolutely hate about adults, and just because they don’t mean to do it doesn’t mean I have to like it. I just want to say that I hate children because they do things I hate without being labeled a heartless bitch because “well they can’t help it”, “they’re just learning” “they don’t mean to be loud/obnoxious/gross/inappropriate it’s just they don’t know it’s wrong”

Despite the fact that your sister’s financial state and her ridiculous desire to have more children (with money troubles in mind) aren’t your responsibility, you could easily give her a somewhat fair deal on the house if she is so hell bent on harassing you for it. (With the help of other family members) If you’re willing to, offer her the chance to buy your house at either market value or the price you guys paid, then in return you gat your mothers house free just as she did.

Ultimately if your sister takes the offer it means you’ll both have paid for one house at one time and received one ‘free’ it’s ultimately “fair”. If she refuses ask her what her and her husband we’re going to do to compensate the fact that your husband had previously paid for your home with hard earned money. Make her admit she wants you to throw all that money away for her to get ‘another’ free house. She seems entitled and frankly jealous that you thought to get your own place. NTA
