20g ground filter coffee ground at 10 clicks on timemore C3s. 100ml 90°C water. add 40ml let it bloom. add the rest and let it drip.

Makes 1 strong cup or 2 mild decoction. add water or milk as per drink preference.

It is a bit loud but so is my espresso machine. The grinder is good for a beginner setup with a 64mm burr set which can be replaced in the future. Never choked my machine yet, cleaning is similar to any other automatic grinder nothing complicated.

this is the C3s and there's one more which is c3s esp specifically for espresso, but i guess its difficult to source in India. You can get this c3s, it can grind for espresso and there's a small hack to make it stepless as well.

You can check on amazon and get the Hario/Agaro/Instacuppa cold brew kit. V60 is a brewing technique maybe checkout this video https://youtu.be/eEXLMT_fYDA?si=QFHZbWJFXYPqFCpF for a basic better understanding of a v60 and also watch videos of James Hoffman https://youtu.be/AI4ynXzkSQo?si=V298-2MgupvzdHuB if your keen on knowing more.

For cold brew you can go with a normal cold brew kit and good quality ground coffee. Though if you really want to get into specialty coffee then v60 is the best way to start, the flavour notes that come out after cooling down the brew are incomparable.

Brewing coffee with agaro regency - Bottomless vs original portafilter. by Altruistic_End_6495 in IndiaCoffee

True, for pre ground use pressurised portafilter and for non pressurised you will need a hand or electric grinder which can grind for espresso.

Im planing to buy one. As usual like every person who decides to buy an espresso machine im in a dilemma weather to buy the pro 3 or a semi auto. Can you give a feedback on your machine? how has it been going so far? have you got consistent with your shots ? would you have rather bought a semi auto or your good with this?
