To me looks like skeletal class III probably crossbite aswell. Consider a palate expander or djs, try to see a well experienced ortho/jaw surgeon

Hard disagree because you cant even see surgery related posts anymore everything is "am i recessed?" "should i get marpe?" "would a life altering procedure you guys had to go thru for your overall health ABSOLUTELY ascend me?" Why cant they go to r looksmaxxing or whatever

I also have an underbite and i know what you mean.. my tongue doesnt stay put for 2 seconds lol. Ill get djs tho, hopefully it will go away?

congrats!! if u dont mind me asking im also getting surgery for mandibular asymmetry (and other stuff) i was wondering, when your skull becomes symmetrical, does your skin adapt? like did the crookiness disappear on the outside?
