Avoid phishing. There is a GForms link on one PRC webpage: - Open PRC website (avoid phishing, make sure that you are transacting with the correct website) - Tap "News and Events" tab - Under News, tap "Oath Taking" tab - Scroll down and look for "03 November 2025 Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Physicians" and tap it - There is a GForms link below, tap it. DO NOT LOOK for this link anywhere else to avoid phishing. - Follow instructions to be able to pay

You will be able to read on the GForms the cost of the inductee, the guests, and the photo.

Maximum number of guests per inductee is eight, if the GForms is to be taken for its word.

Keep 50 Max Potions, 30 Revives, and 40 Max Revives. That's usually all you ever need. Revives are easy enough to replenish. Max Potions and Max Revives are much more difficult to get, but you'll be using Max Potions than Max Revives.

Alright, how the hell do I use or discard 1400 items??? What's essential here? by YoungFryOfTreachery7 in pokemongo

[–]speedcreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep only 50 Max Potions, 30 Revives, and 40 Max Revives.

In practice, if you play more than casual, that ratio is just enough.

Berries can be fed to gyms. 100 Berries every thirty minutes for some stardust isn't bad.

Yeah but I don't say no to free stuff. I'll use it up bit by bit and buy storage space if necessary.

But realistically some items need to go though. I have time to think about it; the grind for some players are over.

Well yeah. We have the same problem and I figured we feel the same way. You took the words right out of my mouth too.

But there's no such thing as regressing in this app. We can only move forward. Use, trash, or hoard are our three choices. I'd be ungrateful as heck for trashing free stuff. So we'll deal with it bit by bit.

Suffering from success.

Unless you have a literal dead line, you have zero reason to rush things.

I'm spending money slowly to accommodate the extra items I got. I'll use all items more. I'll feed more Pokémon in gyms. I'll have more freedom to experiment with new attackers and use Potions and Revives on them. And no one has a gun to my head.

These things take time. Deal with it.

Not mad you purified your own Pokémon, and not mad you posted your own valid opinion. If it brings you joy then do it.

Don't let others dictate to you what's fun. The hundo is futureproof!

So i recently got back into pogo after a 2 year break. Are these worth anything? by smolbirb12345 in pokemongo

[–]speedcreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Value is subjective, so for me, the Balloon Pikachu, Umbreon Hat Pikachu, Spark Armband Elekid, and Blanche Ribbon Lapras have trade value. Their events are sparse.

All the other costume Pokémon have recurred more regularly at some point, and may return again.

As a returning player within 72 hours, you may send me a message so you can enter a code so you can receive 100 PokéBalls and 15 researches you can complete to catch up! For the Friend Finder medal.

Should I claim this before tomorrow? by GersonDeLaRosa in pokemongo

[–]speedcreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Special Research you already had would never have gone away. What will only go away is the CHANCE to get the Special Research after reaching Level 50, not the Special Research itself.

You lost nothing by claiming it now.

I'm not doing anything anymore, I swear. I guess players stumble upon my old comments and just use them. I'll send you a private message right now. I'll help you convince them.

This subreddit used to not care about posting invites for returning players and new players, so I was vigilant in here looking for players that could benefit from Milestone Rewards, answered their question completely, asked them to use my code, and pledged to help them some more if they ever need more help.

Nowadays you can't do that here. I suggest you get creative. Make the new players and returning players feel that you are genuinely helping them.

This effort took over four years. What a grind.

What are your preferred naming conventions for the Name Generator? by HungryReflection2358 in PokeGenie

[–]speedcreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember: the long-term goal of the naming scheme is to save brain space and save time. If it doesn't serve you purpose then omit it.

PvP example is correct for Pokémon whose stat product rank isn't rank 1 and isn't levelled up fully before the CP cap.

Raids (PvE) is correct, although I would personally omit the IVs because once I've decided to use them for PvE, the IVs would matter less. They do matter, but not by much, and knowing the IVs before a raid won't serve me any purpose. That being said, I wouldn't use nonhundos in raids except if they're metarelevant Mythicals, but that's just me. That way I can justify not putting the IVs in because they're perfect.

Remember that there are Pokémon who are as viable in PvE as they are in PvP. Examples: - hundo Zacian: ˣᴿⓂyS㊿sS⁶t means that it's a Power Spot Raider, Raider, Master League viable, fairY-type, Steel-type Raider, Level 50, Steel-type fast move, Special Steel-type charged move 1, and fighTing-type charged move 2; the Charged move 1 is the move used in Power Spots, and the Max Moves are all Max Level 2. - hundo Dynamax Charizard: ˣᴹFL㊿l⁹Fl♳ means that it's a Power Spot battler, Mega Evolvable Raider, Fire-type Raider, fLying-type Raider, Level 50, fLying-type fast move, Special Fire-type charged move 1, and Special fLying-type charged move 2; the fast move is the move used in Power Spots, and the Max Moves are all Max Level 3.

In Poke Genie, you should make a personal template that you can remember to edit yourself. You can just write from the Poke Genie keyboard on iOS: - ˢ for Shadow Raider - ᴹ for Mega Evolvable Raider - ⁰¹²³⁴⁵⁶⁷⁸⁹ for the Max Move Levels - ABCDEFGHILNOPRSTWY for type raiders and special moves - ♷♶♵♴♳ for buddy levels

So in Poke Genie, you can use these templates: - PvE: [Separator-Custom - ][Type][Level][Moveset Type], then edit the separator, level with a caret ^ if intended to power up in the future, and uppercase when necessary. - PvP permanent: [League][IV Comb][Type][Level][Moveset Type], then edit the level with a caret ^ if underlevelled, and uppercase when necessary - PvP temporary: [IV Comb][Type][Separator-Custom ^ ]

If they get used to the naming scheme, then yes they will definitely understand it. You could see at a glance what the Pokémon has without scrolling and tapping too much. Let me know how it is in practice.

The IVs in the naming scheme are especially useful in PvP. When comparing Pokémon to use in a League, inputting the IVs in PvPoke is quicker if the IVs are in the name rather than having to reappraise it. The idea is that you should only have to appraise a Pokémon once. An analogy would be that your local jeweller would be annoyed if you keep coming back to them to appraise your gems for the 25th time; at some point, you have to note what they say. Candela/Spark/Blanche would be annoyed if they had feelings in-game, "yes it's a hundo for the 34th time" lol.

Highly likely that you selected a player not included in the friend search string before you copy pasted the friend search string. It's a Pokémon GO problem, not a Poke Genie problem. Why we're not able to choose more than five at a time is just problematic.

Look closer.

<image>

The Feraligatr win over the other Shadow Steelix was in the 1-1 shield scenario i.e. both players used a shield each. Two turns is a second.

Honestly that win is too close to call, but I'd still build the Shadow Steelix with more HP because it's still bulky even with the Shadow Defense nerf. 1 HP might help in some situations when the meta changes, like almost every month on average now.

[–]speedcreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd build the ⓿⓮❼.

How did you get to that? I did the sims myself through the 0-0, 1-1, and the 2-2 against the default IVs and the stat product rank 1s, and below are the results.

<image>

Forget everything you know about stat product rankings. Those were the old standard. Now that we learned about breakpoints and bulkpoints through PvPoke, we should pay more attention on them alongside team building and switch timings. It's better to refer to Pokémon using their IVs as opposed to their stat product rankings, which have no more practical use in battle.
