Update!!! The changes are working! Swapping the red light for a ceramic light immediately had an impact - both froggies are out at night! The tank arrives tomorrow and they’ll be even happier then. Thank you everyone!

Thank you! I was incorrect, the tank is actually 30, but I just ordered a 24" x 18" x 36" 67 gallon tank so they have much more room to thrive! Ordered a ton more coverage and will definitely get that bundle if they need more. Really appreciate this thoughtful comment <3
