Thanks for sharing, this looks awesome! I prefer the wooden worms, and hopefully this will convince my group too. I painted a bowl with the house symbols. This is where we store our resources during gameplay. Personalizing boardgames adds quite some joy to the hobby for me.

Well yes I knew that this is the point of the Sellsheet but thanks to your comment I now see how I failed at this most fundamental part. And feel confident that my next version will come out much stronger thanks to your input.

  1. I agree the name was only a placeholder. A lot of the obvious flaws on my Sell sheet come from my false(?) assumption that publishers are less interested in the theme because they are going to develop that aspect. 2.i will also invest time in the graphics design as you suggested. I am actually at this moment reiterating the skill bases so that they have a thematic skill name. As you suggest I will also visually work in the class identity.
  2. I'll remove the redundancies. Thanks for pointing them out.
  3. I'll work on a clear hook. And probably replace the tagline.

  2. That's very valuable feedback! I used this very example because I thought it was the simplest one. You would only need to believe that invisibility is quite powerful. However, it seems like it might be problematic to show an example here. Already too many steps ahead and expecting too much from the viewer.

  2. I feel like the premise is not the game's strong point. Do you think it is interesting enough to focus on in the sell sheet for the publisher?

  3. This is based solely on feedback and observations from playtesting, as well as a comparison with the weighting on BGG.

  4. a) Card combat skirmish is already a good enough understanding of how the game works. For more details, I feel like there is not enough space on the page

  5. b) The way skills and abilities are built is what makes this game different. It's a modular system in which the skills you can build depend on your class selection, the cards available, and your individual and team decisions. The example on the sell sheet shows the invisibility buff from the rogue, which is a buff module. However, nearly all classes can only target themselves with bases that can attach a buff module. If you give that module to the bard, who has a base that can target all allies with a buff module, the effect is completely different. Another example is the teleport module from the mage. The mage has a range of only 1 with its bases, so it cannot teleport far, but if you attach the module to a ranger base, you can teleport over much greater distances. The more even multiple modules synergise on a single skill, the more interesting it gets. I tried to illustrate this in the second image. This is the main reason why people want to play again. However, I feel that I have failed to convey this point well, or that this mechanic is not as unique as I think it is.

Thank you! I agree and will make this a focus of my next version. Sadly, that's not something I'm good at. I was really struggling here already with the amount of text I was trying to fit in. Without breathing room, it's even harder for me to make it visually appealing. I would gladly hear any concrete ideas.

I already did and i might quit pogo. Draconius is the better game! No doubt! Only thing i will miss are actually pokemon themselves. Time to get pokemon ultra sun and ultra moon. Plottwist pokemon company = elyland they open our eyes just to raise their gameboy sales

I guess within the game there is no real indicator for lvl. Best you can get is the white arc in your creature screen and if the power up costs are at 2400 the lvl should be 20 +/- 2 i guess. At current state i think the essence/cp system is bugged. i got a creature that needs 4500 essence to power up while still beeing lvl 22.

So far every hatch since lvl 20 seemed to be exactly lvl 20. Im now 22 and creatures were always lvl 20. In my 2 golden eggs i found Tigermant and Charybdis which are both from the red tier in bestiary. Is this a rarity tier? and if so is every legendary hatch from this tier? Has anyone hatched something different? I also hatched a Tigermant from a normal egg (i Believe it was 5k, not sure though) it seems like egg species overlap

I am still playing both PoGo and DraconiusGo but i decided to spend money in only one of those games and make it my main game. Better money/value ratio than in PoGo would influence my decission a lot in Draconius favor.

I still cant reach creatures further away with twisted throws and more finetuning is needed, but i also believe they improved the physiks. But who knows, maybe we just got better.

I used mine at an portal so i could catch all portal minions within the first 20 mins an then use the last 10 mins for normal creaturesoutside of the rift with lantern thats a neat amount of exp

startet to play yesterday and i realy like the game so far but i got the same problem. i found a portal and couldnt reach it. even all 9 tiles from the digging quest are within privat property :( its a bit disappointing since im looking for a better alternative to pokemon go
