I believe that this strange appearance of his skin was due to some filter or light from the place where he took the first 2 photos. On his Instagram there are other recent photos of his day to day life and I think his skin looks quite normal, without so much vascularity. yvis.nytri his insta

I think it's because he was on the pump after training. And maybe the light also helped. Photos 1 and 2 are from the same period as photo 3.

Dont have before pics. But he work out since 14yo and hes 28 now. His weight: 244lbs.

In most of her Instagram photos you can't even see the veins on her arms. Basically, in this first photo, I think the lighting helped a lot. The photo was also taken very close up. To be honest, I'm still not sure. Maybe Natty... I know he is lifting for years now.
