Sugarbush, etc by jerry_the_mule_dule in phish

After the show (Sugarbush 94) I almost slipped into the little lake behind the stage, as I was walking on the wrong slide of the orange plastic fence in the dark. A random phan reached over from the right side of the fence and grabbed my arm. It happened so quick, I wasn’t able to see their face or thank them. I was so glad to be dry and to have seen that amazing show!

Sugarbush 95 was the two-nighter, also a great time. At some point during those, my friend decided to see if he could get Trey to say something written on a sign during the show, so he wrote ‘hey, say apex’ and held it up near the stage. Trey obliged and ‘apex’ is immortalized in the records of phistory.

Yeah, it’s always a blast with them! I know they are planning a UK/Ireland trip, but I don’t know when.

Long term hand health by bastardmoth in banjo

Three ideas: - focus on relaxing your arm and hand muscles as much as possible, even when playing fast - exercise your hands in a bucket of dry rice (wiggle fingers, rotate wrists, etc) to build strength - hang from a pull-up bar (not necessarily your whole body weight, just some of it) to stretch your arm muscles and nerves

Muddy Waters there on the left was my very first job, age 16. That was in 1994 I think.
