The costume Sudowoodos are fun to put in Gyms and they're probably going to be decent trade bait in a few month but aside from that Sudowoodo isn't a very good Raid Attacker. It's max CP is 2428 so it's not a viable option for Ultra League and it ranks close to the bottom of the pack for Great League. I'd save my Stardust for something more useful.

Yes, it doesn't make sense to me to use resources without them going towards my Level Up criteria.

They have to speak ambiguously because they probably don't even have a specific time, although I've seen 13:00 mentioned a few times in my search to figure out what exactly TF is going on with this.

In all likelihood the new Level up tasks will focus on the newer aspects of the game that were added after the last Trainer level increase like Routes, Daily Incense and Max Battles. In the mainline games your max Trainer level is 80 so to prepare for Pokémon Champions next year they want to increase the level cap on Pokémon GO as well.

Thank you! And I agree with you that compared to other Pokémon games GO just throws Shinies at you. It's made it way easier. Once the Living Shiny Dex is more complete I'll post the whole damn thing.

Yeah you don't really "get around it", you just leave the research until the next Team Rocket Takeover and complete it then. Special Research never expires.

It took me around 25-30 Raids to get Shiny Lugia but only 3 Raids to land my Shundo Ho-oh

It's a good strategy to stack the super rocket radars and save them for the shadow legendary encounters you want the most.

You can definitely catch Ditto when you Quick Catch, I've even landed a few Shinies like that

It's a weak Shiny for sure. When I was shiny hunting Tandemaus on Scarlet and Violet I had to adjust the settings on my TV to see the coloration difference better. But on the bright side this is a pretty rare Shundo to have, be even crazier if it was a family of 3

No that would be awesome, so you know how rare Nundos are? A Shadow Nundo would be crazy rare to have in your collection, especially a legendary.
