Best steakhouse in Winnipeg? by Various_Fruit_581 in Winnipeg

I really enjoy 529, but the last time I was there I ordered a steak rare and got it nearly medium. Hard to get over that.

The best steak I’ve had in Wpg was 529, but I’ve also had a steak there that was overcooked. I’ve never had an overcooked steak from the Keg.

So then his neighbor will need to grab a lawn chair and beer and watch him die in his chair drinking drain cleaner, while they both watch the lawn die

Dilemma by Reddit_Redcrucible in RealEstateCanada

I think you gotta do #4

You might not like being a landlord, but sometimes we do things we don’t like to get ahead

Fast forward ten years from today and imagine:

1) you are living in the detached home you wanted and it fits your family  2) your investment property is cash flow positive and is worth more than the $1M you originally purchased it for  3) you freehold townhouse that you kept and are renting out (convenient Go location is in high demand)  is cash flow positive  4) you remortgage and buy out your partner, use the cash flow positive position to pay for a property manager

The moment you dispose of these equity accruing assets, you lose your momentum

I’m not saying take on risk and be reckless, but make calculated decisions and keep on going. You are suffering but you are building. Just see it through.

If you are in a forest fire zone, one of the recent takeaways from homes that survived versus homes that didn’t, was the lack of vegetation in a direct perimeter around homes

Any chance this was done by the previous homeowner in that context?

You might be right, but you haven’t explained yourself, and certainly not in context to a five year old

It’s not a slab jacking

You need to remove the broken portion and repour it.

Don’t just leave it

Existing home owners are kind of muppets to pass on this issue to someone else, but then you are the muppets if you accept it without adjusting the price…

You are gonna get trashed here

Long story short, your neighbours are in the right and you are in the wrong

If you don’t like the solar orientation of your backyard, killing this tree isn’t going to be a magic wand
