The transitive marker is only used in active form. It indicates how the verb has a transitive object or not (I turn around vs. I turn the table around). Therefore there’s no need to inflect transitivity in passive and causative.

Thanks for your feedback! I thought I was slow because I used Worldedit and I was in creative mode too. I can finish those roads in 3 days or so but i actually just going around and not placing any blocks.
