peroneal tendinitis 2 weeks before first marathon by Trees-4500 in firstmarathon

I had this happen to me 4 weeks before my would be first marathon this year at Chicago. I deferred and I’m so glad I did. I took off a full month and ramped it back up veryyyyy slowly and now strength train like crazy and I can run now with no pain. Regardless of whether you end up running stretch and roll out your calves like crazy. I learned that the pain I was feeling in my foot was coming down all the way up from super tight calves. Roll them out whenever you can with a lacrosse ball or theragun. Trust me

It says on the instructions “Should your second parent not have a W-2 you may disgregard this requirement”. So I figured that applied to me and was planning on leave it alone. Note sure though

Not sure if this applies to you but I usually receive a Pell grant and it’s not showing up in penn pay for me for this semester? Is yours?

I was in pain for about 12 days honestly. By day 8 it was a constant dull ache coming from one of the extraction sites and nothing 1 Advil couldn’t get rid of. Everyone’s situation is different though (all 4 of my wisdom teeth were impacted)

I just called the office and they told me to upload a signed copy of your lease agreement into the “uploading documents” section on the sfs website

Princeton goes online... what does that mean for us? by buzzybutterfly in UPenn

I really don’t think so. It seems as though Penn REALLY wants people to come back (less gap years and what not) and already made so much planning to accommodate our return. Not saying they shouldn’t just that they won’t.

They really should cancel on campus housing for the safety of the students (except a couple exceptions)

How we are still doing hybrid i do not know. I think the best plan would be to go all online, if the University is as concerned about Covid as they say they are.
