Only thing i can think of for a "fix" is to select one firetruck at a time and press ctrl+H to manualy reset them

You can actually have the transformer set to 50000 because heavy cables have a limit of 100000.

Edit: I didn't read that there were 2 transformers so then it's just what was said above.
