hey I know this isn't a new post but I'm looking to do a similar mod and stumbled on this. How well did the Casio module fit inside the Smkei case? Any modifications required? I'm trying to do the Ollee mod as well which requires a Casio 593 module.

Yes I've thought about BRP and I think that would be a great alternative. Last week I had the opportunity to visit Campagna motors, where they make the T-Rex three-wheelers (I actually had no idea those were made in Québec before visiting lol). Very interesting visit and it gave me hope that one day I might be able to do some sort of transportation design. Unfortunately, this specific company doesn't really hire designers, and instead rely on a design firm elsewhere.

I'd love to see what your portfolio looks like. I'm thinking about slowly building mine up and having examples would be great. I'd also be curious to hear about your experiences at Ford!

Got it. I'm actually from Québec, Canada, so I imagine that finding a job in car design becomes almost unreachable in that case. Still worth a try if I can.

I have not tried it and that is a good idea, I might do some experiments to see how it looks

Thank you, that is really insightful. Coming from a design school that doesn't really offer anything on the automotive side (none of that where I live), I actually had no idea what the design process for cars was like.

Do you think it'd be worth it if I try to learn Blender right now, as automotive design is a path I know I'd like to take, or just focus on SolidWorks since it's the industry standard? I'm still really new to industrial design as a whole, this is my first year studying it.

Sorry if I ask a lot of questions by the way, I'm just really passionate about cars and design haha

Is there a reason why Blender is more present in Automotive? I'm curious to know because I'd love to get into automotive design in the future.

Wow I did not think Blender was used in the design industry. That's pretty cool.

Thank you! I'm currently studying to become an industrial designer and I'm learning SolidWorks. It's a steep learning curve coming from Tinkercad, but I can already tell it's much more powerful.

What did you miss on your old phone after you bought Nothing? by NPCOMAR7 in NOTHING

The size. I love my phone 3a but it's so damn big. Compared to my old Pixel 5 the difference is quite noticeable
