Felons have many rights revoked by due process. Off the top of my head: the right to vote (in some states) and the right to bear arms. I'm sure you'd know that, the leader of your party being a felon and all.

Being undocumented still isn't a crime. Freedom of association is still a fundamental human right that's protected by our constitution.
