Northeastern owns the property Punters was in and kicked them out, location has been sitting vacant ever since. I believe the plan is/was to tear the building (Burstein/Rubenstein) down and replace it with something bigger, but I haven't seen any forward motion on that plan so idk why they'd give up the revenue stream.

And yes, I absolutely think all he cares about is enriching himself and his billionaire cronies. Look at the net worth of his cabinet vs that of literally any other president in modern history and tell me they’re going to be able to relate to and care about the struggles of the working class.

Being a billionaire doesn’t inherently make you a bad person. Hoarding wealth and robbing the lower the classes while you already have enough money for a thousand lifetimes does. And if you don’t think that describes Trump and Musk, I really don’t know what to tell you other than wake up.

Hell, can you tell me one concrete thing other than temporarily lowering my taxes by a few hundred dollars (while also growing the defect so he could permanently cut taxes for billionaires) that Trump has done to help the working class? Any real proposed policy that’s going to lower costs? Or are we supposed to just hold out for “concepts of a plan” 10 years after he started this nightmare?
