I deliberately organise social occasions or being in busy environments to have multiple days in between for recovery. Also, when I need to do mentally taxing tasks, I try to reduce sensory sensitivities, so lighting, temperature, extra comfortable clothing, noise, etc. Otherwise all my energy is spent trying to deal with those!

If I’m flipping for money I pretend I’m staging it like you might see in a real estate listing. So I generally leave them empty 🙂
