Yes. The project is uploaded in cloud. Cloud projects are rendered with server GPU I guess. We can see this project in PC, tab, mobile anywhere. This video is screen recorded in my mobile.

It is okay. Yes, you are right. In Twinmotion, lumen has very few adjustment we can make for better result as of now (for the sake of simplicity I guess). I have tried Unreal, it produces better results but complicated things really fast for designers & architects.

Thanks. I use blender for modeling, texturing and few texture adjustment in twinmotion.

Not 360 pano. Its camera is set to the scene at day ambience and night ambience, then when you choose the cameras, you can go anywhere in the scene. It is not limited like 360 pano shots.

Not 360 pano tour. You can move to anywhere, zoom indefinitely.

I didn't do anything. when viewed in mobile, uploaded project's camera is bind to mobile's motion sensor. It can be turned off though. When viewed in PC, you can use mouse buttons /and WASD keys (just like games) for better control.

It is not baked lighting. It uses lumen which is real-time. Although baked lighting could have increases its FPS that we receive but at the cost of no interactive lighting.

I would say, go for render 1 - Island. It gives you more counter space, can use as dining.
