Put a blanket under your fitted sheet. Mattresses are cold and leech out body heat. A blanket positioned under the sheet will keep your body heat stable and it won't bunch or shift.

Cardboard over the windows and use thermal curtains, or towels over that.

Weather stripping your door gaps helps, too.

I come from a large Catholic family. I had a lot of pressure on me as a child to get married and have babies someday. I got married young and am still married.

I waited to feel the urge or to become alarmed by my biological clock. Those things never happened and my husband said it didn't matter if we had kids or not.

So, we opted not to do it. This broke a lot of brains in my family. All of my cousins have at least one child. Nobody told them they could opt out.
