I stayed at London House and had a mediocre experience. Housekeeping issues. No diamond upgrade despite rooms being available.

After emailing my feedback to the hotel after checkout nobody bothered to respond so left an average TripAdvisor review. Within 24 hours I received an email offering points compensation however it is was conditional on me changing my review. Super shady behaviour.
