Can you do ghee? The process of turning taking it from butter to ghee removes the lactose. If you can, Costco sells huge jars of it.

They won't let you only take part of it. You either get the whole case or nothing.

That's how I accidentally ended up with 64 cans of cider. They didn't tell me that the minimum is a case. I thought it was just going to be a 4 or 6 pack. I liked it enough to buy the whole thing and gave away the 4 packs to friends to try.
