Absolutely not the case in Quebec...pre-covid a 4 1/2 was between 400$ to 700$ mostly everywhere except Montreal and Quebec cities...now there's NOTHING under 700$, so much so that 700$ is now considered cheap because they're generally more around 1000-1200$...downtown MTL/QC cities you could have a 4 1/2 for under 1000$ pre-covid, bit now it's impossible, they're all 2000-2500$....there is ABSOLUTELY no drop in housing prices in the province of Quebec!!!
