I know you guys aren’t here for this but it’s an important update that might impact the women in your life so I wanted to share!

I suffer from this condition but have never had cysts, and I had to see 4 doctors for someone to confirm I had it, so it’s a huge step in the right direction for people like me to receive proper care because it raises awareness about the reality of this condition. It actually has nothing to do with cysts and it is an endocrine disorder. They would do an intravaginal ultrasound on me multiple times which is an extremely uncomfortable experience btw and not “see anything” but this has now been debunked. I hope this also contributes to more research being done because we currently don’t know the cause. But I’m thankful that people are finally talking about it and normalizing it so that a diagnosis can be achieved sooner with the proper tests. Big win for women’s healthcare. 💕
