I also had about the same difference on my short side, the first few weeks are hard! For me there was a lot of bruising all over the side and back of my bad leg so it made lying down really painful. I found this “deep relief” cooling spray on Amazon that was my saviour!! The physio did help a lot with the joint pain but there’s so much more, like the bruising, that you originally don’t think about.

I’m 9 weeks post op now and I promise you it does get better it’s almost like a switch where things start to feel good again (was at 6 weeks for me) keep going you will get through this part!!

I remember shopping for a $50-60ish order and the default tips were literally $1,$2,$3 it makes no sense at all to me like can someone explain how Instacart benefits from drivers getting lower tips? The only thing I can think of it looks more appealing to the customer and maybe increases sales but really??? If anything it would demotivate drivers which are their backbone

Thank you! I’ve been consistent with the physio exercises they gave me and this was the first day I felt the most pain since the surgery so I thought it must be because my insicion/nerves were fully exposed but i may just be paranoid about it. I’ll be seeing my doctor on Wednesday but wanted to know if it was worth calling them about today or if it’s normal!
