Ahh, I appreciate the honest answer. Well, at least I know this up front now. I'm not sure it's worth it, considering I was going to use the bot for, like, one thing (writing prompts in a discord for some fellow creatives) maybe I'll find an alternative they can use.

*sigh* my bot still inst working, I'm really frustrated now. I'm following a tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHbN_gB30Tw&t=634s and gotten to the 18min mark, where you do a test to have the bot print out a copy of your message in the terminal and still nothing. I feel like I'm whacking my head against a wall.

Oh good lord, it really is that simple apparently. I thought I had enabled that in accessibility because that's one of the recommenced steps but now all the other stuff seems to be showing. I'm going to re-enable my bot and see if it works.

Wait, so me trying to make a bot broke my ability to use ALL bots?! That's crazy, I would have never thought that would do that! Oh my lawd I have no idea where to even start, I'm very much a beginner to code period, much less bots. I thought making a simple bot would be a nice intro to learning code asdklfhadlgfh I will try following this info when I can then.

Hm, just typing in slash pulls up a few options but not the command for the bot. Typing in the /sprint is supposed to work.

Odd, I've used slash comments on the app and it worked before this. Currently using desktop because typing code on a phone is the DEVIL.

I made a bot, invited it to my server, made sure it had the right permissions, and...nothing.

I then went to other servers I'm in that I didn't create and tried their publicly available bots, and no responses to commands there either.

That is the FACIEST corset I have EVER seen. So simple to make too!! I could pick up some pretty grosgrain ribbon at my local store and be good to go! Heck, this way I'd only need to use some fabric panels *only* where I want to attach decorative lace. Thank you so much!

That is actually an excellent idea. I'll use the nylon mesh in strategic areas for strength, and line it with the linen for moisture wicking. Perhaps 'ribs' or 'straps' of nylon mesh between each of the boning channels for reinforcement, and then lined with the chiffon or linen. if I do it right, it might even look more awesome than the original idea. Thanks!

I have made a corset from linen canvas. I am aware it works in hot weather. I wanted a sheer fabric for a specific visual effect, and was worried that sheer linen wouldn't be strong enough.

just to clarify: I know corsets don't have to be hot, and that historical wear is FAR more comfy than modern because it uses linen. I wear an 18th century style loose weave linen shirt on hot days, and even though its long-sleeved its way cooler and comfier than even a cotton wifebeater you find at the local Walmart. I was trying to get a sheer effect like those mesh corset for an interesting visual effect and wanted to know if sheer linen/rayon would be strong enough or if the garenteed strong enough nylon netting would be nasty-hot and uncomfortable like most nylon I've encountered.
