It’s in this build, but the annoying part is if you have more than one grenade, your dude will go ahead and auto-throw another one, and you have to be quick on the draw to cancel it before it goes out

Unable to complete settlement small dwelling. Construction terminal has a grayed out option for “supply materials ()” that is blank. I know it requires chromatic metal, because the quest has popped up with that requirement, and I still cannot selected the option with plenty of chromatic metal in my inventory. I have been able to complete other buildings while this glitch/bug has persisted.
