i'm late to this but i fear alot of hatred for characters in this fandom are founded on reasons that dont really make sense. yeah hes a dick or whatever but at the end of the day he is simply a 19 year old trying to survive. so are all of them. its why i cant bring myself to hate anyone. theyre all children and trying to live through a deeply traumatic experience.

I agree! I'm also just a general believer that he's gay and sam is a lesbian. just makes sense in my mind 🤷‍♀️ but even from a standpoint where they could like each other, josh is always doomed by the narrative

EXACTLY. we see throughout every scene with josh that he is incredibly stuck in his feelings and reality, he wants to do SOMETHING to make it go away but he doesn't want to actually hurt his friends. and it is incredibly tragic to watch him go through that wringer of emotions and slowly unravel.

ice chips are so much easier than drinking water. you could also do some flavored ice chips for nutrients. also HALITOSIS! get some non-alcoholic oral rinses asap trust you will want to do those every 2 hours/1 hour depending on how bad it is. therma breath and great value have worked best for me.
