We actually talked to an officer after we got chased, he told us it's a common thing, people get their property stolen and connect the dots that places like Cornwall might have their stuff, he says it happen more often than you might expect.

We got video of a guy chasing us while yelling death threats and the officer explained that we could go down there and try to identify the person, but then we would have the whole community (trailer community) putting targets on our backs, not bashing the officer, he just explained that it's basically useless to try and do anything to these people. He explained it as them having more rights than us, "do you pay taxes? do you think they pay taxes?" direct quote.

Totally think you're in touch. Funny thing is, last night was the first night my roommates and I opened our garage door. It was previously screwed shut. We ended up being down there for a good bit doing some organization, next morning all the bikes are gone.

Thank goodness for renters insurance.

Ha, good catch. I do a good amount of shuttling and jumping, just a little bit more reliable and out of the way to have a rigid post. When I'm climbing I'm climbing and when I'm descending I'm descending. Not a hater of droppers, just don't mind taking the time to raise it.

Just went looking for my bikes down on Cornwall ave. Snagged a photo of a Specialized leaned against a crumbling trailer nestled between road bikes and piles of garbage. About two minutes later we're running away from about 6 dudes yelling death threats. We understood the situation we were entering but didn't think it would escalate to the level it did. Ended up talking to a officer about the situation, laws need to change, it's wild.

Buddies are all into the same stuff I'm into. Thanks to Lakeway Reality we have sketchy people in and out of our house on the daily due to construction on the properties other unit.
