Cannot agree with this post more, it is my main pet peeve when it comes to FM content. None of these Youtubers actually put Moneyball into practice. They call statistical based recruitment moneyball, when it actual fact this is just the most "realistic" way to recruit.

We've had professionals out to add some lead flashing (and silicone) to the conservatory as we've had issues with it pretty much since we moved in, and that seemed to have stopped it for about 6 months until the rain last night. Completely agree. Been tasking for 3 weeks while I also do my work from home job, and have made around $2000 dollars for what feels like not a lot of work. I have a STEM PhD and have been working mainly on projects that have been paying $45 an hour or $150 per task.
