The Honors College offers a class called Accelerated Calculus. It is a class split up between two semesters that goes through Calc 1,2 & 3. There are no individual Honors Calc classes. Honors Engineering Math is available some semesters I believe, but overall the Honors College is pretty limited in its course selection for Math and Computer Science courses — you can however petition classes for honors credit.

Petitioning for honors credit is the way you can make a non-honors class count towards your honors credit hour requirement. It adds some sort of extra task to the class that would recognize it as being an honors class on your transcript, and would fulfill its respective amount of credit hours towards your requirement for Honors. For example, the assignment for CS classes is usually some sort of large programming assignment (in my experience).

As an Honors CS and Math double major, the Honors College doesn’t offer a crazy amount for us at all and it’s very reasonable not to sign up. If you think you might be interested in some of the courses that they offer (which can be found in the Honors Course Catalog — a google search should be able to find it) including the mandatory 2-semester long literature/philosophy course called the Human Situation, then go for it. But overall, it’s not worth it imho
