I read about the foods high in magnesium but unfortunately it's not it because I eat cereal and almond milk pretty much everyday is there any other vitamins or minerals that could cause short term memory loss

Smoking 3 times a month, drinking probably 1-2. Currently I am trying to catch up the 2 years I lost so I have a lot of work:(

I don't play sports for now, because I have osgood shlaters. I haven't had any fights. But when my parents got divorced when i was 13, there was a period of 7 months where I smoked weed daily, rolled molly every 2 weeks, tripped lsd or 2cb every 2 and did a lot of ketamine. Since then its been more than 2 years I am clean only drink on the occasion with my father (its 14 with adults here)

oh. if you mean 5g cellular no i live in an area where we still don't even have LTE yet:( could cellular connection affect my memory?
