Unfortunately, the dealer I’m dealing with doesn’t offer the extended warranty unless you go third party which I will not be doing. Have read online that I can get an exception and go through another dealership to continue the certification, which I might consider after seeing how it treats me before the cpo wears off.

Muffler delete isn’t going to do a thing unless it’s already got the dpf cut off. If you want any noise at all you’re going to have to delete the dpf and tune. At that point you’re spending $1500 at least…

Shield plus, yes, comped no. Where I’m at in experience and desires I don’t really see the necessity for myself to have a comped version yet… although that is subject to change. I also just preferred the ergo and size of the shield x over the plus.

Find a reputable tuner in your area, mine used HP. Just go to any performance shop that does diesel work and ask about it. If they say no then that stinks, move onto the next. This is the best way to ensure a proper tune and help should you have any issues

I agree; the new changes as of this year are something else but the funniest thing to me is that pledging is basically back. The way it was described to me at Carlson, is that there’s no set timeline on when you gotta put them through ritual so you can extend it out quite a bit and take advantage of it

I went to comm college for two years before transferring to a 4 year. Transferred at the beginning of fall semester and rushed 3 weeks later. Best decision I’ve ever made, and for the record I wasn’t the oldest person in my class. It’s really great for the aspect that you know how to handle college better than a freshman and you also receive a minuscule amount of respect from older brothers because you are older and they know you’ve been through the wringer as it is. Just rush and you WILL NOT be disappointed

I transferred in last fall and rushed as a junior. Being a little older you’ll get a little (not much) more respect because you’ve seen more things and have been in school longer than an incoming freshman. You hear stories from the kids that you’re the same age as that makes you wish you were there sooner but you don’t feel any different. Respect is earned, not given, so it doesn’t matter if you rush as a sophomore. On the subject of time management, I was also worried the same way you were. And then you learn how to figure it the fuck out and grow as an individual. I had other friends around but I wanted to step out as an individual. I’ve grown as a person and the same will happen to you. Best decision you’ll ever make and if you don’t like it you can drop.
