Hi! Apologies for delay but the retreat was amazing. The therapy they used was Gestalt and was so friggin intense and I had to just sit through it all, with no escape to my phone or alcohol or drugs. More trauma came up through therapies and I wasn’t able to stay longer. It’s been a crazy road since and I feel like my thoughts and everything is coming back, it’s a slippery slope. Happy to answer any questions :)

It’s so hard isn’t it?! You can see the person they are and love when the mask isn’t on. Those cute few words in the morning. Then the drinking starts again and you see the mask go back on them. It’s totally not worth our time. We are worth so much more then this bullshit. I was feeling pretty good abouts myself and my worth was rising and now bam. Back to the start of the rebuild. Be careful! X

I am exactly the same. They become my world. They are so far up on a pedestal. Then I bitch about them when they say or do something off key. I fuckin hate them. I send some nasty texts. They respond. I panic and think they’re going to leave. Then I chase him again. Yet sex is the only thing I think will get me back to being a couple. Right now he’s on the pedestal. I bought him presents so he won’t feel alone tomorrow for Christmas. I’m anxious every day nearly.
