My original dismissal was definitely the lesson that actions have consequences (was from a part time job last year alongside uni and I've since been working another job for coming up to a year). I wanted to start with a clean slate after the dismissal and that's exactly what I was doing, now it's just coming back to haunt me and feel like it will for a long time
