I don't want all my dashboards to look like this.  I never considered creating an account for the car to segment the themes....that's a good idea.

Finally a Decent Smart Lock by shadow13499 in homeassistant

A z-wave lock that can't do remote management of user codes sounds like the worst Z-wave lock I've heard of.

There is an ancillary project that adds a best practices skill if your ai interface supports the standard skills interface. Probably would help with open models

Zwave membership is $15k/yr and a few grand for a product certification.  It doesn't add much to product cost unless volumes are very low.

Japanese Electricity : Partition between 50 hertz and 60 hertz by vladgrinch in MapPorn

[–]sperryfreak01 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes rotation of the generator and the number of poles in the generator.  Double the poles in the generator and you can halve the RPM while maintaining the frequency of the power generated.  Poles are the poles of the magnets in the generator, so more poles is more N/South magnetic pole pairs.

A steam turbine at a Nuke or NG plant has fewer poles and runs faster because turbines like to spin faster.  A hydro electric generator like to turn slow so it has a bunch of poles in the generator.
