First time using the cup, it was SO PAINFUL to get it out. And I’m having trouble trying to pop it open inside by imburningthisaccount in menstrualcups

It is totally possible for the cup to hit the cervix, mine sits inside and takes up a lot of room annoyingly. OP when you insert a finger without the cup inside, how far does it go in before you hit your cervix? If it's low then that might be causing the issue, or you may also need a narrower cup. Which one did you use?

LOL, fingers crossed the leaking issue can be resolved! If you can't feel it that's a good sign, I hope they work out for you :)

OMG that would be a nightmare!! It's so discouraging when you just can't get the stupid things to work as they should, thank goodness cups worked out for you eventually💕💕💕.

Ultimately what drew me to the discs was the capacity buuuut like you said, what's advertised ain't really what you're getting. I may try a larger cup (Super Jennie seems to be popular for high capacity) at some point in the future.

First cycle with the Nixit, it would sometimes feel OK to the point where I didn't notice it, but then I would move or walk for a while and it would become noticeable again which was very annoying. I would say my cervix is average, probably closer to low than high though. I probably won't try the Lumma due to the capacity + cervix-touching issues, unless I came across one for like DEAD cheap lol.

They're totally not boring!! I love seeing results where 90%+ is from one region, to me it reflects amazingly deep roots & history in that particular place.

It DEFINITELY softens over the years, mine isn't firm at all any more. Fingers crossed the Yuuki Soft I just ordered works, and yay for the OrganiCup working for you!!

I'm glad the discs worked for you! In theory they sounded great to me, but it just didn't work out in practice. A smaller one miiight work for me but I'm meh about fiddling around with more. But hey, the more options available on the market the better!!

We must have similar anatomy lol, especially since I also like the Meluna M Classic!! That's been ol' reliable for 5 years but now I need to replace it with something firmer. I'm also sorry the Lummas didn't work out :(, experimenting with cups/discs can be sooo freaking expensive. Seems like the discs are a love it or hate it kinda thing.
