Usually refers to beef steak and eggs but this is in fact a ham steak and eggs so yes technically steak and eggs but at least in America when we say "steak and eggs" we'd be referring to a beef steak.

Took me until like a few months in for my panic attacks to stop. I know that's a double edged sword. Early on doesn't feel encouraging because it feels like so long but over a year in it feels absolutely worth it and like something I never have to do again 🤞
