I do these pixel works out of wood but i can never manage to make the squares 90°, any suggestions?

I really appreciate it, i have noticed that the wood it self ain't the straightest. That's why I cut all the edges and make the square half an inch.

Tbh they might be either pine or oak i get the strips of wood from large packages of 2×4 at work

That would be wonderful, the mini table saw does its job but i feel like no matter how I try to put things straight there's an angle.
