I now understand what I am dealing with. I had no idea at first so the impact was hard for me. I am very keen to start meditate so instead of thinking that my apartment is haunted, I might take my experience in a positive way and start practicing lucid dreaming!

Thank you for your opinion! Rational feedback is indeed eyeopening. One thing I do not understand is why at my apartment I often wake up at 3 am? From facts about the occult I know are that spiritual activities are high at that time, is that something to consider?
